Masonic Pride Outdoor AdventuresBighorn Outdoors presents “Masonic Pride Outdoors” TV show.
A friendship was instantly made a few years ago between Tom King, Host of Bighorn Outdoors, and Howie Damron during a hunt for wild hogs in Florida. Howie wrote and recorded the theme song for the show “Heart of Bighorn” which plays at the beginning of every episode along with his other music which is throughout each show. Last fall, after a conversation between Tom and Howie, the decision was made to film and entire show based on Freemasonry and Scottish Rite, promoting the very heart of the craft to the world. Songs from Howie’s album “Hiram’s Call” has been spotlighted throughout the show. The show which is called “Masonic Pride” features an 11 year old young man who’s dream was to take a buck while he is still able because of his failing eyesight. One of his eye’s was removed just days before the filming of the show and because of the loss of vision in his existing eye watch how six grown men with years of outdoors experience pull together in freezing weather to make this young mans dream a reality and watch as the young man asks to wear Howie’s Masonic ring which he wears on his trigger finger. Howie is currently performing the “Masonic Pride Tour” all across America at Grand Lodges and Scottish Rite Temples and Masonic functions and promoting the craft in ways like never before.
This is a show that every Freemason and Scottish Rite member and potential members does not want to miss. Both Tom and Howie work with children a lot and Bighorn even has it’s own Youth Camp. For more information visit www.bighornoutdoors.com
